Shipping & delivery

We ship across Sweden with tracked delivery. Orders placed before 13:00 on a weekday are normally dispatched the same day. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight — we never add a fixed handling fee.

Returns & refunds

You have 14 days right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under Swedish consumer law. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Because food safety matters, opened food packages can only be refunded if the product was faulty on arrival.

Privacy policy

We store only the data needed to fulfil your order: name, contact details and delivery address. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and never reaches our servers. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Terms of purchase

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. A purchase agreement is created once your payment is confirmed. Shipping cost is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
